摘 要:随着国家绿色矿山建设步伐的加快,传统氰化浸金工艺已逐步被各黄金矿山弃用,工艺基本不变的条件下,主要替代药剂为非氰提金药剂,已有此类药剂成功应用于矿山生产的范例。本文通过自主研发合成了新型环保浸金替代药剂SK-01,采用“甘肃格萨尔金矿”、“甘肃早子沟金矿”、“甘肃石庙金矿”等矿山的矿石进行对比试验,获得较好的浸出指标。表明该替代药剂的浸出效果与氰化物相当,且普适性较强。With the acceleration of the national green mine construction pace,the traditional cyanide leaching process has gradually been abandoned by various gold mines.Under the condition that the process remains basically unchanged,the main substitute agent is non cyanide gold extraction agent.There have been successful examples of such agents applied in mine production.This article synthesized a new environmentally friendly gold leaching substitute agent SK-01 through independent research and development.Comparative experiments were conducted using ores from mines such as "Gansu Gesar Gold Mine","Gansu Zaozigou Gold Mine",and "Gansu Shimiao Gold Mine" to obtain good leaching indicators.This indicates that the leaching effect of this alternative agent is equivalent to cyanide and has strong universality.
