铝电解槽伸腿肥大处理及预防措施分析

摘　　要：铝电解槽是铝电解生产企业的核心设备,其生产稳定性对于企业经济指标的达成至关重要。然而,在实际生产过程中,许多企业都面临着铝电解槽伸腿肥大问题,这制约了电解槽生产指标的进一步提升。本文旨在探讨当前铝电解槽伸腿肥大问题,并分析导致该问题出现的主要原因,同时提出预防和处理伸腿问题的措施。Aluminum electrolytic cell is the main equipment of aluminum electrolytic production enterprises.The stability of electrolytic cell production is the key for enterprises to obtain good economic indicators.In the actual production process,many enterprises are faced with the problem of leg enlargement,which restricts the further improvement of the electrolytic cell production index.Based on this,this paper discusses the current problem of leg hypertrophy of aluminum electrolytic cell,analyzes the main causes of leg hypertrophy,and puts forward the prevention and treatment measures.
