摘　　要：底吹炉作为黑紫铜熔炼厂中段吹炼工序,其炉龄直接影响整个系统的运行周期和生产顺畅度,炉龄短或者生产中被迫停炉冷修,直接打断连续正常生产、加大各项维修成本,对公司运营造成不利影响和严重后果,所以底吹炉炉龄提升至关重要。本文阐述了第一炉期生产实际、第二炉期炉龄攻关总结所得的控制经验,为延长底吹炉炉龄提供技术借鉴。As the middle blowing process of Heilongjiang Zijin Copper Co.,Ltd,the furnace life of bottom blowing furnace directly affects the operation cycle and production of the whole system.The short furnace life or forced shutdown for cold repair during production directly interrupts the continuous normal production and increases various maintenance costs,which has adverse effects and serious consequences on the operation of the company.Therefore,it is very important to improve the furnace life of bottom blowing furnace.This paper expounds the key problems of furnace life in the first and second furnace period,and summarizes the control experience,so as to provide technical reference for prolonging the furnace life of bottom blowing furnace.
