摘　　要：公益性地质调查与矿产资源勘查是地质工作开展的重要基础,体现了国家的强烈意愿,对商业性地质调查工作具有推动作用。公益性地质勘查工作需要遵循地质工作规律,并主动适应市场经济发展规律。通过分析公益性地质调查的起源与内涵,明确矿山地质勘查对工作人员的要求,并通过合理规划、全面评价和建立公益性地质调查与矿产勘查体系来掌握其特点和应用先进的资源找矿技术,促进地质矿产勘查与生态环境保护的协调发展,强调人与自然的和谐相处。Public welfare geological survey and mineral resources exploration are the important basis for geological work,which reflects the strong national will and can drive the development of commercial geological survey.Both the management system and the operation mechanism play an important role.To carry out public welfare geological exploration,we should not only follow the laws of geological work,but also actively adapt to the laws of market economy development.Analyze the origin and connotation of public welfare geological survey,define the requirements of mine geological survey for staff,establish a public welfare geological survey and mineral exploration system in an all-round way through reasonable overall planning,implement comprehensive evaluation,master the difference between public welfare and commercial,apply advanced resource prospecting technology,promote the coordinated development between geological and mineral exploration and ecological environment protection,and emphasize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
