摘 要:目前,国内矿山开采设备存在一些僵化的问题,并不能满足矿山生产的需求。为了真正提高矿井设备的设计水平,满足功能要求,必须打破传统思维模式,将先进的机械技术应用于矿井设备的开发。矿山机械对矿山生产质量和安全生产至关重要,其运转状态不仅影响矿山企业的经济效益,还关系到井下作业人员的生命安全。通过应用现代设计方法于矿山机械设计中,可以更好地提升设备性能,为矿山的安全高效生产奠定良好基础。本文主要探讨现代设计方法在矿山机械设计中的应用方式,供参考。At present,there are some rigid issues with domestic mining equipment,which cannot meet the needs of mining production.In order to truly improve the design level of mining equipment and meet functional requirements,it is necessary to break the traditional thinking mode and apply advanced mechanical technology to the development of mining equipment.Mining machinery is crucial for the quality and safety of mining production.Its operational status not only affects the economic benefits of mining enterprises,but also relates to the safety of underground workers.By applying modern design methods to mining machinery design,equipment performance can be better improved,laying a solid foundation for safe and efficient production in mines.This article mainly explores the application of modern design methods in mining machinery design for reference.
