摘　　要：本文简述了金川公司现有镍精矿干燥工艺设施的基本情况,分析了现有镍精矿干燥系统存在的问题,提出了与同行业干燥工艺相比较的优化改造方案,通过工业试验论证,探讨了蒸汽干燥对镍铜混合精矿的适应性和可行性,系统投入生产后,分析系统关键运行数据,论述了改造后的镍精矿干燥系统的运行情况,并对本次改造的技术创新点进行了总结分析。This article briefly describes the basic situation of the existing nickel concentrate drying process facilities in Jinchuan Company,analyzes the problems existing in the existing nickel concentrate drying system,proposes an optimized transformation plan compared to the drying process in the same industry,and discusses the adaptability and feasibility of steam drying for nickel copper mixed concentrate through industrial test demonstration.After the system is put into production,the key operating data of the system are analyzed,The operation of the reformed nickel concentrate drying system is discussed,and the technical innovation points of this transformation are summarized and analyzed.
