摘  要:在露天矿山台阶爆破中常运用延时爆破技术,延时爆破通过率先起爆的炸药将被爆岩石沿最小抵抗线方向抛出,为后爆炮孔增加新的自由面,从而提高岩石的破碎效果。而通过控制新自由面的生成,便可以实现控制爆破抛掷方向,实现不同品位矿石分区分采,方便后续电铲采装;本文采用PFC颗粒流方法建立岩体模型,模拟合理微差时间和分区起爆方式下的抛掷堆积方向,为优化配矿提供相关信息基础,提高矿山的生产效率和经济效益。Delayed blasting technology is often used in bench blasting in open-pit mines.Delayed blasting involves throwing the blasted rock along the direction of the minimum resistance line with the first detonating explosive,adding a new free surface to the post blasting hole,thereby improving the rock fragmentation effect.By controlling the generation of new free surfaces,the direction of blasting throwing can be controlled,and different grades of ore can be divided into zones for easy subsequent mining and loading with electric shovels;This article uses the PFC particle flow method to establish a rock mass model,simulating the throwing and stacking direction under reasonable differential time and zone initiation mode,providing relevant information basis for optimizing ore allocation,and improving the production efficiency and economic benefits of the mine.
