摘 要:考察了水分含量、压力大小、黏结剂种类和温度对某冶炼厂含铅品位为52.4%的复杂氧化铅物料压团成型抗压强度和落下次数的影响。通过大量不同条件试验,研究结果表明西北矿冶研究院自行研发的新型粘结剂T8加水玻璃可加快湿团干燥速度,并且可有效提高湿团落下强度和干团抗压强度。在水分含量为14%、制团压力为15MPa、粘结剂选用为水玻璃加T8、干燥温度取100℃的条件下干燥24h,复杂氧化铅物料团块的抗压强度达5.96MPa。The effects of moisture content,pressure,binder type and temperature on the compressive strength and falling times of complex lead oxide materials with 52.4%lead content in a smelter were investigated.Through a large number of tests under different conditions,the research results show that the new binder T8 developed by our institute can speed up the drying rate of wet agglomerates and the compressive strength of dry agglomerates by adding water glass.When the moisture content is 14%,the pressure of the lump is 15MPa,the binder is water glass plus T8,the content of water glass and T8 is 3%,and the drying temperature is 100℃,the compressive strength of the complex lead oxide material lump is 5.96MPa.
