摘  要:为响应国家提出的深度调峰号召,神头二电厂#1机组拟实现25%及以上负荷脱硝装置正常投运,各项环保指标在国家要求烟气排放指标内,将脱硝入口烟温提高到300℃以上。针对亚临界低倍率复合循环锅炉的水循环特点,利用热水再循环技术实现全负荷时段脱硝设备入口烟气温度满足投运要求,达到排放指标。测试运行结果证明,系统设计1号机组省煤器新增复合热水再循环系统改造工程实施后脱硝入口烟温升效果明显,运行试验机组在25%额定负荷及以上负荷,脱硝入口烟温均可保持在300℃以上,同时省煤器出口水温低于饱和温度并有很大的裕度。In response to the call for in⁃depth peak shaving put forward by the state,Shentou No.2 Power Plant#1 unit plans to realize the normal operation of the denitration device with a load of 25%or more,and all environmental protec⁃tion indicators are within the flue gas emission indicators required by the state,raising the flue gas temperature at the de⁃nitration inlet to more than 300℃.In view of the water circulation characteristics of the subcritical low rate combined cy⁃cle boiler,the hot water recirculation technology is used to realize that the flue gas temperature at the inlet of the denitra⁃tion equipment during the full load period meets the operation requirements and meets the emission indicators.The test and operation results show that after the implementation of the reconstruction project of the newly added composite hot wa⁃ter recirculation system of the economizer of unit 1 in the system design,the temperature rise effect of flue gas at the inlet of denitration is obvious.The flue gas temperature at the inlet of denitration can be maintained above 300℃when the test unit is operated at 25%of the rated load and above.At the same time,the water temperature at the outlet of the economi⁃zer is lower than the saturation temperature and has a great margin.
