摘  要:中速磨煤机因其效率高、结构紧凑,在燃煤机组制粉系统中广泛应用,但在实际运行中易出现磨辊松动故障,通过对故障经过和处理情况的分析,查明问题的根本原因是辊架孔与辊轴之间的配合关系以及配合间隙不合理,并基于分析提出了堆焊加车削的处理措施,有效改善磨辊松动问题,确保机组安全稳定运行。Due to its high efficiency and compact structure,the medium-speed coal mill is widely used in the pulverizing system of coal-fired unit,but it is easy to loose the grinding roll in the actual operation.Through the analysis of the process and treatment of the fault,it is found that the root cause is the unreasonable cooperation gap and unreasonable co-operation relationship between the roller frame hole and the roller shaft.Based on the analysis,the treatment measures of surfacing and turning are put forward,which effectively improve the grinding roller loosening fault and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
