摘　　要：先天性巨细胞病毒感染(cCMV)是最常见且严重影响儿童健康的先天性感染,其症状隐匿、迟发和病程长,易被漏诊而错过治疗,导致长期残障。cCMV筛查敏感、无创、便宜和方便,可减少漏诊的发生。本文阐述了cCMV筛查和全病程管理的意义,筛查方法、策略和目前存在问题,以及全病程管理在不同阶段的具体内容。Congenital cytomegalovirus(cCMV)infection is a most common congenital infection,which may seriously affect children’s health.The early diagnosis and timely treatment of cCMV are readily missed due to its concealed symptoms,delayed onset and long disease course,leading to long-term disability of the patients.The current screening method is sensitive,non-invasive,inexpensive and convenient,which can effectively reduce the missed diagnosis of cCMV.This article explains the importance of cCMV screening and full course management,focusing on the screening methods,strategies and current problems,as well as the plans of full course management at different stages.
