摘　　要：矿山建设工程项目后评价是矿山建设工程的最后环节,是非常重要的步骤。科学有效地进行项目后评价能够检验投资决策管理水平,全面认识整个项目的实施过程和运行状态,总结的经验教训可为其他同类型项目提供参考。介绍了项目后评价及方法,针对某矿山建设工程项目,从项目全过程总结与评价、效果和经济效益评价、环境和社会效益评价、目标和可持续性评价等方面进行了项目后评价分析,总结了主要经验教训,并提出了对策及建议。Post-project evaluation and analysis of a mining construction project is the final step of a complete mining construction project and is also a crucial process.Conducting a scientific and effective post-project evaluation can examine the level of investment decision-making and management,comprehensively understand the implementation process and operational status of the entire project,and provide references for other projects of the same type based on the lessons learned.This paper introduces the post-project evaluation and methods,and for a specific mining construction project,analyzes the post-evaluation from aspects such as overall project summary and evaluation,effectiveness and economic benefits evaluation,environmental and social benefits evaluation,and goal and sustainability evaluation.The main lessons learned are summarized,and countermeasures and recommendations are proposed.
