摘 要:为了研究碳质金矿真空焙烧预处理过程中反应动力学规律,利用阿伦尼乌斯方程计算了碳质金矿真空焙烧过程的活化能和指前因子,并明确了不同阶段的反应动力学模型。试验结果表明:在碳质金矿真空焙烧过程中,温度是控制反应速率的关键因素。温度越高,矿石质量损失率越大。焙烧过程分为0~60 min和60~120 min 2个阶段,分别受界面化学反应控制和扩散控制。第二阶段的表观反应活化能显著低于第一阶段,这表明焙烧过程的热分解反应和质量损失主要发生于第二阶段。In this paper,the rules of the reaction kinetics in the vacuum roasting pretreatment of carbonaceous gold ores were studied.The activation energy and pre-exponential factor of vacuum roasting of carbonaceous gold ores were calculated by Arrhenius equation,and the kinetic models of different stages were defined.The results showed that temperature was the key factor to control the reaction rate during the vacuum roasting pretreatment process.The higher the temperature was,the greater the mass loss rate was.The vacuum roasting process was divided into two stages:0-60 min and 60-120 min,which were controlled by interface chemical reaction and diffusion respectively.The appa-rent activation energy of the second stage was significantly lower than that of the first stage,indicating the thermal decompo sition reaction and mass loss were mainly concentrated in this stage.
