摘　　要：在小样研发设备上试制桃花纤维/希赛尔/棉3组分混纺面料。探究各个工序的工艺参数及关键技术,确定混纺纱生产工艺和机织面料的织造工艺,并测试面料成品的性能指标。所开发纱线的各项性能指标可以满足加工需求;面料选用3组分混纺纱,配合缎纹组织,得到性能优良的面料。Peach blossom fiber/Thincell/cotton three-component blended fabric was developed on the sample devel⁃opment equipment.The process parameters and key technologies of each process are explored,the production technology of blended yarn and the weaving technology of woven fabric is determined,and the performance indexes of finished fabric are tested.The performance indexes of the developed yarn can meet the processing requirements.The fabric is made of threecomponent blended yarn,combined with a satin weave,to obtain a high-performance fabric.
