摘　　要：总结聚乳酸面料的相关生产技术,对现有聚乳酸纤维开发过程中存在的一些问题和不足进行了分析。从纺纱技术、织造技术、染整技术、缝制技术和成品使用等方面,介绍了可以采取的技术和措施。实施效果表明:针对纤维特性的工艺改进和工艺设计,满足了聚乳酸纤维生产和使用的需求,不仅使聚乳酸面料各项指标符合要求,也保留了聚乳酸纤维特性赋予的功能;该工艺为聚乳酸纤维的开发提供了新思路和技术支持,应用前景广阔。The production technology of polylactic acid is summarized,and some problems and deficiencies in the development process of polylactic acid fibers is analyzed.The technologies and measures that can be taken are introduced from the aspects of spinning technology,weaving technology,dyeing and finishing technology,sewing technology and appli⁃cation of finished products.The implementation results show that the requirement for the production and use of polylactic acid fiber are met through the process improvement and process design for the fiber characteristics.It not only makes the various indicators of the polylactic acid fabric meet the requirements,but also retains the functions endowed by the charac⁃teristics of the polylactic acid fiber.This process provides new ideas and technical support for the development of polylac⁃tic acid fiber,and has broad application prospects.
