摘  要:基于plant simulation建立扬声器组装线仿真模型,旨在解决扬声器组装线人工利用率、设备利用率及平衡率低的问题。首先,根据生产线布局基本原则重新规划了扬声器产线布局;其次,设置紧前工序、人工池、排班表及全局变量等相关参数,建立产线优化模型;最后,依据模型得出仿真结果。结果显示,优化后扬声器组装线人工利用率从66%提升至88%,设备利用率从70%提升至90%,平衡率从76%提升至90%,产线生产效率得到了显著改善。结果表明,设备利用率及人工利用率低、生产线不平衡是影响产线生产效率的主要原因。This paper aims to solve low equipment utilization rate and labor efficiency and unbalance production line through building the simulation model of loudspeaker assembly line.Firstly,the speaker production line layout was replanned based on the basic principles of production line layout;Secondly,set up relevant parameters such as pre production processes,manual pools,scheduling tables,and global variables to establish a production line optimization model;Finally,the simulation results are obtained based on the model.The results showed that after optimization,the manual utilization rate of the speaker assembly line increased from 66%to 88%,the equipment utilization rate increased from 70%to 90%,and the balance rate increased from 76%to 90%.The production efficiency of the production line was significantly improved.The results indicate that the low utilization rate of equipment and labor,as well as the imbalance of the production line,are the main reasons that affect the production efficiency of the production line.
