摘 要:针对井下降尘设备性能单一且不稳定,自动化程度低,适应性差,而且不能实时监控巷道内粉尘浓度等问题,采用理论分析和实验研究相结合的方法进行研究,在综合分析现有降尘技术的基础上,以快速、环保、智能为降尘理念,设计了一种云喷雾降尘方案,将喷雾降尘设备与粉尘浓度传感器联动设计,在粉尘浓度达到某一阈值,能够迅速启动智能喷雾降尘装置,使水转化为雾气,达到智能喷雾降尘的目的。同时,使用Proteus软件对控制系统进行仿真与分析。结果表明:通过单片机将粉尘浓度传感器关联,可以实现喷雾装置的自动化控制。Aiming at the problems such as single and unstable performance of underground dust removal equipment,low degree of automation,poor adaptability,and inability to monitor the dust concentration in the roadway in real time,the method of combining theoretical analysis and experimental research is adopted,cloud spray dust removal scheme is designed based on the comprehensive analysis of existing dust reduction technologies and the concept of fast,environmental protection and intelligence.In this scheme,the spray dust reduction equipment is designed in conjunction with the dust concentration sensor,and the dust concentration reaches a certain critical value.It can quickly start the intelligent spray dust suppression device to convert water into mist,so as to achieve the purpose of intelligent spray dust suppression.Proteus Software is used to simulate and analyze the control system of this scheme.The simulation results show that the automatic control of spray device can be realized by associating the dust concentration sensor with a single chip microcomputer.
