摘 要:为有效控制炼焦过程中产生的烟尘污染,对拦焦车集尘系统和除尘系统进行优化设计。集尘系统包括U型管和集尘干管这两大关键部件,采取水封式集尘干管设计,有效地增强了集尘系统的密封性,减小了集尘系统的机械磨损,提高了部件的使用寿命。除尘系统主要采用了脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器进行烟尘处理,通过集尘干管富集的烟尘,在除尘风机的作用下,进入袋式除尘器进行处理,对烟尘的捕集效率达到了99%以上,有效去除了烟尘。To effectively control the smoke and dust pollution generated during the coking process,optimization design was carried out for the tar blocking car dust collection system and the dust removal system.The dust collection system consists of two key components:the U-shaped pipe and the dust collection dry pipe.A water-sealed dust collection dry pipe design was adopted,which effectively enhances the sealing performance of the dust collection system,reduces mechanical wear,and improves the service life of the components.The dust removal system mainly utilizes a pulse jet bag filter for smoke and dust treatment.The smoke and dust accumulated in the dust collection dry pipe are processed in the bag filter under the action of the dust removal fan.The collection efficiency for smoke and dust reaches over 99%,effectively removing the smoke and dust.
