摘  要:该文运用自主设计制作的乒乓球移动击球综合练习装置以及创编的相应“A-3/6”教学法,使教师教学讲解和演示更加直观、清晰和合理,增强了学生对移动击球相关技术原理和动作要领的理解,提高了写手学习的兴趣和实践欲望,提升了学生对技术动作的体验程度和练习频度,从而增进了学生掌握乒乓球移动击球技术的实效性。对比实验研究发现:实验组和对照组的反手移动推挡有效击球次数分别为(51.79±2.89)次/min和(46.29±4.10)次/min,P<0.01;正手移动攻球有效击球次数分别为(48.00±4.37)次/min和(41.14±5.95)次/min,P<0.01;移动左推右攻有效击球次数分别为(39.71±3.75)次/min和(31.93±7.18)次/min,P<0.01,实验组优于对照组。By using the independently designed and produced comprehensive practice equipment of table tennis moving stoke and the created corresponding"A-3/6"teaching method,this paper makes the teacher's teaching explanation and demonstration more intuitive,clearer and more reasonable,which enhances students'understanding of the technical principles and action essentials related to moving stroke and their interest in learning and desire for practice,and improves students'experience and practical frequency of technical movements,so as to improve the effectiveness of students'mastery of the moving stroke technique of table tennis.Comparative experimental results showed that the effective number of backhand moving push strokes in the experimental group and control group was(51.79±2.89)times/min and(46.29±4.10)times/min,respectively,P<0.01,the effective number of forehand moving attack strokes was(48.00±4.37)times/min and(41.14±5.95)times/min,respectively,P<0.01,the effective number of moving left push and right attack strokes was(39.71±3.75)times/min and(31.93±7.18)times/min,respectively,P<0.01,and that the experimental group was better than the control group.
