摘　　要：在当前我国体育事业高速发展的时代背景下,加快促进公共体育服务体系和高质量发展,是保障人民群众体育权益的重要途径,也是助力我国发展全民健身与打造健康中国、体育强国的推进器。因此,该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,在分析公共体育服务体系建设当中的问题现状的基础上,提出了新时代公共体育服务体系高质量发展的实施路径。研究认为,目前公共体育服务体系建设存在的问题主要有公共体育服务体系建设薄弱、公共体育服务评估系统不健全、公共体育服务指导缺乏专业化等。建议:作为主导者,政府要及时进行职能转变;完善公共体育服务体系建设中的信息宣传机制;对公共体育服务体系建设不断加大财政投入;建立完善的公共体育服务体系绩效评估机制,从根本上加强公共体育服务体系建设,全面促进公共体育服务体系的高质量发展,为人民群体提供更优质的公共体育服务。Under the historical background of the rapid development of China's sports undertakings,accelerating the promotion of the public sports service system and its high-quality development is an important way to guarantee the sports rights and interests of the people,and it is also a propeller to help China develop national fitness and build a healthy China and a leading sporting nation.Therefore,using the literature method and other research methods,on the basis of analyzing current problems in the construction of the public sports service system,this paper puts forward the implementation path of the high-quality development of the public sports service system in the new era.According to research,it is believed that current problems in the construction of the public sports service system mainly include the weak construction of the public sports service system,the imperfect public sports service evaluation system,and the lack of specialization in public sports service guidance.Suggestion:as the leader,the government should carry out timely functional transformation,improve the information propaganda mechanism in the construction of the public sports service system,continuously increase financial investment in the construction of the public sports service system,and establish a sound performance evaluation mechanism for the public sports service system,so as to fundamentally improve the construction of the public sports service system,comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the public sports service system,and provide the people with more high-quality public sports services.
