摘  要:针对船舶通过三峡-葛洲坝水利枢纽100%安检初期船舶和船员证书核验、船舶吃水检测、船舶限高检测、船舶载货核验检测等环节中存在的信息化水平不高,安检效率较低等问题,分析大跨度侧扫式船舶吃水检测、过闸船舶限高、船舶和船员资格证书远程安全核验等关键技术,设计船舶过闸智能安检系统架构,实施结果表明,执行该架构可为相关工程及管理提供技术支撑,可缩短过闸船舶安检时间,提高过闸船舶安检合格率和工作效率。Aiming at the problem that the low level of information technology and the low security inspection efficiency in the 100%initial security inspection during the passage of ships through the Three Gorges-Gezhouba water conservancy project,ship and crew certificate verification,ship draught detection,ship height limit detection,and ship cargo inspection,etc.,the key technologies were studied such as large-span side-sweep ship draft detection,ship height limit,and remote safety verification of ship and crew qualification certificates.The intelligent security inspection system architecture was designed for ship passing through lock.The implementation results showed that the architecture can provide technical support for related engineering and management,shorten the inspection time of passing ships,and improve the pass rate and work efficiency of passing ships.
