摘　　要：针对计量评价测试工作业务流程复杂、样品交接环节多、编制报告繁琐等问题,提出建设一套计量评价测试系统。详细介绍了业务管理子系统、研究所管理子系统、财务管理子系统、查询统计子系统、后台管理子系统的功能,并基于分布式技术实现了3层C/S架构、样品无纸化交接、在线编制报告,从而实现了计量评价测试流程的信息化管理方式,对于同类技术机构具有借鉴意义。In response to the complex business process,multiple sample handover steps and cumbersome report preparation issues of metrological evaluation and testing work,this article proposes the construction of a metrological evaluation and testing system.The paper provides a detailed introduction to the functions of the business management subsystem,research institute management subsystem,financial management subsystem,query and statistics subsystem,and backend management subsystem.Based on distributed technology,a three-layer C/S architecture,paperless sample handover,and online report preparation are implemented,thus achieving an information-based management method for the measurement and evaluation process,which has reference significance for similar technical institutions.
