摘　　要：针对无锡公安通信保障系统运维存在的问题,介绍了无锡公安通信保障体系现状,对ITSS标准理论分析梳理的基础上,结合人员、流程、资源、技术4个关键要素,将IT运维服务理念结合公安工作实际具体化,研究ITSS标准对于无锡公安通信保障运维装备资产管理、团队响应速度、运维能力水平等方面的持续改进。实现了传统运维向现代化运维的转变,全面提升无锡公安通信保障运维服务质量。This paper introduces the present situation and characteristics of Wuxi Police Bureau communication support system against the problems in its operation and maintenance(hereinafter to be referred as O&M).Then,according to the ITSS standards,this paper combines four key elements:personnel,processes,resources,and technology to concretize the integration of IT O&M with police work.And studies the improvement of ITSS standards in equipment management,team response speed,and O&M capabilities of Wuxi Police Bureau Communication System.In the end,these measures have achieved the transformation from traditional O&M to modern O&M,and achieved quantification,traceability,and improvement of O&M work,which comprehensively improving the quality of communication system O&M for Wuxi Police Bureau.
