摘  要:窦状卵泡的卵母细胞直径为100~130μm时已达成熟卵泡大小,此后的卵母细胞胞质及细胞核将经历生发泡期至第二次减数分裂中期过程中的重大变化,为随后的受精及将来的胚胎发育作准备。烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADP)在传统上被视为参与包括线粒体中的电子传递在内的无数氧化还原反应的辅酶,在能量传递过程中发挥重要作用。在细胞信号传递方面,NADP可以作为底物合成烟酸酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NAADP),进而诱发卵母细胞内钙活动。有关NADP自身在哺乳动物的卵母细胞成熟及受精激活中的影响及其作用机制目前知之甚少,也缺乏相关研究。本综述介绍NADP对卵母细胞成熟及胚胎发育的影响,同时讨论了NADP对卵母细胞内相关钙波的作用。When the diameter of the oocyte in the antral follicle is 100-130μm,the antral follicle has reached the size of mature follicles.After that,the cytoplasm and nucleus of oocytes will undergo major changes from the germinal vesicle stage to the middle stage of the metaphase of second meiosis,preparing for subsequent fertilization and future embryo development.Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADP)has traditionally been regarded as a coenzyme involves in numerous redox reactions,including electron transfer in mitochondria,and plays an important role in energy transfer.In cell signal transmission.NADP can be used as a substrate to synthesize nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NAADP)to induce intracellular calcium activity in oocytes.However,little is currently known about the effect and mechanism of NADP itself on mammalian oocyte maturation and fertilization activation,and there is also a lack of relevant research.This paper introduces the impact of NADP on oocyte maturation and embryo development,and discusses the effect of NADP on intracellular calcium waves in oocytes.
