摘 要:详细介绍了硫酸生产装置原料焙烧(焚烧)装置烘炉或开工的升温方法,以及转化系统常用的升温方法,并根据不同方法的特点和变化,推荐了适用方法。对于沸腾炉和焚硫炉等装置,烘炉升温燃料以天然气为首选,其次是轻质柴油,采用专用燃烧器更有利于温度的控制。转化系统升温从两方面来考虑,对于生产规模较小的硫酸装置,首选电炉升温,对于电力负荷紧张的区域,可以采用电炉+热风机循环升温的方式;对于生产规模较大的硫酸装置,尤其是冶炼烟气制酸、硫黄制酸等,首选以天然气或轻质柴油作燃料并采用干空气间接换热升温,不建议采用燃料气直接进入催化剂床层、蓄热升温、蓄热升温+燃料气直接升温的方式。The heating methods for the raw material roasting(incineration)device of the sulphuric acid production unit are introduced in detail,as well as the commonly used heating methods for the conversion system.Based on the characteristics and changes of different methods,suitable methods are recommended.For devices such as fluidized bed furnaces and sulphur incinerators,natural gas is the preferred fuel for oven heating,followed by light diesel.The use of dedicated burners is more conducive to temperature control.The heating of the conversion system is considered from two aspects.For sulphuric acid plants with small production scale,electric furnace heating is preferred.For areas with tight power loads,electric furnace+hot air fan circulation heating can be used.For sulphuric acid plants with large production scale,especially smelting flue gas and sulphur-burning sulphuric acid production,it is preferred to use natural gas or light diesel as fuel and use dry air for indirect heat exchange and heating.It is not recommended to use fuel gas directly entering the catalyst bed,storing heat for heating,storing heat for heating+fuel gas for direct heating.
