摘  要:四川宏达股份有限公司对200 kt/a硫黄制酸装置进行节能环保技术改造升级,实现w(H2SO4)98%硫酸产能300 kt/a、0.7 MPa低压蒸汽产量396 kt/a。通过对硫酸生产的工艺和设备进行技术改造,并配套建设硫酸低温位余热回收系统、蒸汽高效综合梯级利用系统和自动化生产控制系统,2022年硫酸产量较2021年增加了53.48%,工业硫酸单位产品综合能耗为-184.45 kgce/t,达行业先进水平;蒸汽产量得到大幅提升,燃煤和天然气的消耗量大幅降低,在产生显著经济效益的同时,推动公司能源消费向清洁化转型。通过建设生产控制中心,集成DCS控制系统、消防控制中心、GDS系统等功能,提高了装置的自动化水平和本质安全水平。Sichuan Hongda Co.,Ltd.has upgraded the 200 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid production unit with energy-saving and environmental protection technology,achieving a sulphuric acid production capacity of 300 kt/a with a mass fraction of 98%and a low-pressure steam production capacity of 396 kt/a at 0.7 MPa.By technical transformation of the sulphuric acid production process and equipments,and supporting the construction of a low-temperature waste heat recovery system for sulphuric acid,a high-efficiency comprehensive cascade utilization system for steam,and an automatic production control system,the sulphuric acid production in 2022 has increased by 53.48%compared to 2021,and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit of industrial sulphuric acid product is-184.45 kgce/t,reaching the industry’s advanced level.The steam production has been significantly increased,and the consumption of coal and natural gas has been significantly reduced.While generating significant economic benefits,it has also promoted the company’s energy consumption transformation towards cleanliness.By building a production control center,integrating functions such as DCS control system,fire control center,GDS system,etc.,the automation level and intrinsic safety level of the device have been improved.
