摘  要:介绍了某公司酸性气处理装置节能改造的设计与实施情况。采用经余热锅炉回收热量生产的3.8 MPa饱和蒸汽对助燃空气预热,提高进入焚烧炉空气的温度至约200℃,以减少燃料天然气的消耗。改造实施后,一次投料试车成功,装置运行稳定,天然气消耗量由260 m^(3)/h降低至96 m^(3)/h,3.8 MPa饱和蒸汽消耗量约为700 kg/h,可降低装置运行费用约348.96万元/a,经济效益显著。The design and implementation of energy-saving renovation for a certain company’s acidic gas treatment unit are introduced.Using 3.8 MPa saturated steam produced by heat recovery from a waste heat boiler to preheat the combustion air and increase the temperature of the air entering the incinerator to about 200℃,in order to reduce the consumption of fuel natural gas.After the implementation of the transformation,a successful feeding test was conducted,and the device operated stably.The natural gas consumption is reduced from 260 m^(3)/h to 96 m^(3)/h,and the saturated steam consumption of 3.8 MPa was about 700 kg/h,which can reduce the operating cost of the unit by about 3.4896 million yuan/a.The economic benefit is significant.
