摘 要:研发了一种基于稀硫酸溶液密度与质量浓度之间对应关系,并辅以杂质离子浓度总和作为纠偏参数参与运算的稀硫酸浓度检测装置,用于测定冶炼烟气制酸系统净化工序动力波洗涤液中稀硫酸的浓度。现场试验表明,改进后的稀硫酸浓度检测装置能够替代传统的电磁稀硫酸浓度计和模拟人工滴定的稀硫酸浓度计,能够实现在线连续检测,检测结果具有较好的准确性和稳定性,有利于提高冶炼烟气制酸系统净化工序的自动化控制水平。A dilute sulphuric acid concentration detection device based on the correspondence between the density and mass concentration of dilute sulphuric acid solution,supplemented by the total concentration of impurity ions as a correction parameter for calculation,has been developed for measuring the concentration of dilute sulphuric acid in the power wave washing solution of the purification process of the smelting flue gas acid making system.Field experiments have shown that the improved concentration detection device for dilute sulphuric acid can replace traditional electromagnetic dilute sulphuric acid concentration meters and simulated manual titration dilute sulphuric acid concentration meters,and can achieve online continuous detection.The detection results have good accuracy and stability,which is conducive to improving the automation control level of the purification process in the smelting flue gas acid production system.
