摘 要:目的:构建重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)肠内喂养护理过程质量指标,监测肠内营养质量指标的执行率,确保对病人进行安全、高效的肠内喂养。方法:采用文献回顾法、小组讨论初步制定肠内营养护理过程质量指标,再根据专家函询意见进行修改,构建最佳质量评价指标体系。结果:该过程指标体系包含9个二级条目、29个三级条目。2轮函询结果中专家积极系数为87%、100%,意见提出率为55%、50%,专家权威系数为0.958,0.943,肯德尔协调系数为0.089~0.237(P<0.05)。结论:构建的指标体系聚焦构建过程,针对不足之处进一步完善,使之具有科学性、可行性,便于临床应用,以期改善ICU病人肠内喂养质量。Objective:The quality indexes of enteral feeding nursing process in intensive care unit(ICU)were constructed,and the implementation rate of enteral nutrition quality indexes was monitored to ensure safe and efficient enteral feeding for patients.Methods:Using the literature review method,the quality index of enteral nutrition nursing process was preliminarily developed through group discussion,and then modified according to the opinions of experts in the letter to construct the best quality index.Results:The process indicator system consists of 9 second⁃level items and 29 third⁃level items.In the results of the two rounds of correspondence,the expert positive coefficient was 87%,100%,the opinion submission rate was 55%,50%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.958,0.943,and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.089⁃0.237(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focus on the construction of the process index system,further improve the shortcomings,make it scientific and feasible,convenient for clinical application,and improve the quality of enteral feeding of ICU patients.
