摘  要:随着城市经济水平的不断提升,生态环境污染逐渐成为人们关注的一个重点,该污染不仅会对人们的生活产生影响,也会在一定程度上影响到城市的发展进程。为了解决生态环境污染的问题,生态环境监测评估系统的应用可以发挥较大作用,通过这个系统的结合,可以对生态环境的质量进行监测,也可以对生态环境进行定量评估,从而使生态环境污染的情况得到有效控制与改善。就生态环境监测评估系统来讲,传统系统的检测结果存在较大问题,如准确性不高、监测时间过长、监测效率低下等,对此RS与GIS技术的联合使用是一个创新点,也是一个优化系统监测的方向。本文主要是针对RS与GIS技术下生态环境监测评估系统的设计与实现进行分析与探讨。With the continuous improvement of urban economic level,ecological environment pollution has gradually become a focus of public concern.This pollution not also affects people's lives,but also impacts to some degree affects the development process of cities.In order to solve the problem of ecological environment pollution,the application of the ecological environment monitoring and evaluation system can play a major role.Through the combination of this system,the quality of the ecological environment can be monitored,and the ecological environment can be quantitatively evaluated,thereby effectively controlling and improving the situation of ecological environment pollution.In terms of ecological environment monitoring and evaluation systems,traditional systems have significant problems with monitoring results,such as low accuracy,long monitoring time,and low monitoring efficiency.The combined use of RS and GIS technology is an innovative point and also a direction for improving system monitoring.This article mainly analyzes and explores the design and implementation of an ecological environment monitoring and evaluation system based on RS and GIS technologies.
