不同烤烟品种在黔江烟区的适应性研究

摘　　要：以湘烟7号、渝金香1号、GZ36等6个烤烟品种为研究对象,从烤烟农艺性状、常规化学成分、致香成分含量、评吸质量以及经济效益等方面进行系统分析和评价,旨在明确生态环境与烤烟品种的互作效应,筛选出适宜黔江高海拔多雨生态烟区种植的烤烟品种。结果表明:在生长发育方面,GZ36的大田生育期最短,渝金香1号的大田生育期最长,2个品种之间相差4 d;在叶绿素含量变化上,GZ36的叶绿素含量含量较低,而湘烟7号和渝金香1号的叶绿素含量较高;在烟叶形状上,渝金香1号和LY1306的主脉较粗,而GZ36的主脉较细;在烤后烟叶化学成分上,湘烟7号与LY1306常规化学成分协调性最好,GZ36的致香成分含量最高,湘烟7号的致香成分含量最低,其余品种的致香成分含量差别不大;在烤后烟叶外观质量方面,GZ36表现最差,湘烟7号、渝金香1号和LY1306的烤后烟叶外观质量与云烟87整体一致;在经济性状方面,渝金香1号、湘烟7号、K326、LY1306的产质量均略优于对照品种云烟87。综合来看,GZ36和LY1306在外观质量、化学成分和产质量上各有优缺点,而湘烟7号、渝金香1号和K326的整体表现略优于当地对照品种云烟87,因此推荐湘烟7号、渝金香1号和K326在重庆市黔江烟区进行种植。In order to screen high-quality tobacco varieties suitable for planting in high-altitude and rainy areas of Qianjiang tobacco region,agronomic traits,routine chemical composition,aroma substances,sensory quality and economic benefits of six tobacco varieties,Xiangyan 7,Yujinxiang 1,GZ36,K326,LY1306 and Yunyan 87(CK)were systematically analyzed and evaluated in 2021.Results showed that GZ36 had the shortest field growth period and Yujinxiang 1 had the longest one,with a gap of 4 d.GZ36 was low in chlorophyll content,while Xiangyan 7 and Yujinxiang 1 were high.Yujinxiang 1 and LY1306 were thick in main veins,while GZ36 was thin.Xiangyan 7 and LY1306 had the most coordinated chemical composition.GZ36 had the highest content of aroma components,Xiangyan 7 had the lowest,and the other varieties exhibited little differences from each other.In terms of appearance quality,GZ36 performed the worst,and Xiangyan 7,Yujinxiang 1 and LY1306 were consistent with Yunyan 87.In terms of economic character,the yield and quality of Yujinxiang 1,Xiangyan 7,K326 and LY1306 were slightly better than those of Yunyan 87.In sum,GZ36 and LY1306 have their own advantages and disadvantages in appearance quality,chemical composition,yield and quality,but the overall performance of Xiangyan 7,Yujinxiang 1 and K326 is slightly better than that of the local control variety Yunyan 87,so Xiangyan 7,Yujinxiang 1 and K326 are recommended for planting in Qianjiang tobacco area,Chongqing.
