摘　　要：为研究IgA分泌细胞在家兔幼年组(2月龄)、青年组(5~7月龄)及老年组(36月龄)胃肠道黏膜中的分布特征,采用石蜡组织切片和免疫组织化学方法对不同年龄组家兔胃肠道黏膜中IgA分泌细胞进行染色观察,并对阳性细胞数量统计分析。结果表明,IgA分泌细胞主要呈椭圆形,细胞核呈圆形,明显偏于一侧,阳性反应产物主要位于胞质内。在胃底腺和幽门腺区IgA分泌细胞主要散在分布于黏膜固有层腺体周围;在十二指肠和空肠则主要成群分布于黏膜固有层的结缔组织,在回肠中散在分布于黏膜下层的肠腺周围;在盲肠和结肠中,幼年组和老年组的IgA分泌细胞主要散在分布于固有层肠腺周围,而青年组该分泌细胞主要成群分布于黏膜固有层的结缔组织中。直肠中IgA分泌细胞均散在分布于固有层肠腺周围。不同年龄组中,IgA分泌细胞在小肠中的分布数量均多于胃和大肠,且小肠中以十二指肠分布最多。青年组胃肠道黏膜中IgA分泌细胞数量高于幼年组和老年组。同一年龄组中,IgA分泌细胞在胃、小肠、大肠黏膜中的分布数量呈现出先增多后减少的趋势。表明了不同年龄组家兔胃肠道黏膜中IgA分泌细胞分布部位及特征,为研究胃肠道黏膜免疫奠定相关理论基础。To study the distribution characteristics of IgA-secreting cells in the gastrointestinal mucosa of juvenile(2 months of age),young(5-7 months of age)and old(36 months of age)rabbits,in this experiment,IgA-secreting cells in the gastrointestinal mucosa of rabbits between different age groups were observed by staining with paraffin tissue sections and immunohistochemistry,and the number of positive cells was statistically analyzed.The results showed that the IgA-secreting cells were mainly oval in shape,with round nuclei that were clearly on one side,and the positive reaction products were mainly located in the cytoplasm.IgA-secreting cells in the fundic and pyloric gland regions were mainly scattered around the glands of the lamina propria of the mucosa.In the duodenum and jejunum,it is mainly distributed in clusters in the connective tissue of the lamina propria in the mucosa,and in the ileum,it is scattered around the intestinal glands of the submucosa.In the cecum and colon,IgA-secreting cells in the young and old groups were mainly scattered around the intestinal glands in the lamina propria,whereas in the young group,the secretory cells were mainly distributed in clusters in the connective tissue of the lamina propria of the mucosa.IgA-secreting cells in the rectum were scattered around the lamina propria intestinal gland.The distribution of IgA-secreting cells in the small intestine was greater than that in the stomach and large intestine in different age groups,and the distribution in the small intestine was greatest in the duodenum.The number of IgA-secreting cells in the gastrointestinal mucosa was higher in the youth group than in the juvenile and elderly groups.The numbers of IgA-secreting cells distributed in the mucosa of the stomach,small intestine and large intestine in the same age group showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.In this paper,we investigated the sites and characteristics of IgA-secreting cells in the gastrointestinal mucosa of rabbits of different age groups to lay the
