摘  要:猪精液冻存技术是提高生猪养殖业产值、降低养殖风险的关键辅助技术,也是育种和保种的基础技术,因此受到很大的关注,但在实际生产中,由于冻精与鲜精存在显著的品质差距,目前未获得广泛的应用推广。其关键难题在于猪精子质膜非极性相成分特殊、冷冻复苏后更易受到氧化损伤等。论文综述了猪冻精技术的应用现状、损伤机制的研究和改善手段,并介绍了抗氧化剂在冷冻复苏过程的添加策略以及利用蛋白质组学和寻找生物标志物来对冷冻复苏后猪精子受损的分子机制进行研究的可能性,以期为猪精液冷冻技术的进一步完善提供参考。Boar sperm cryopreservation is a key auxiliary technology to improve the output value of porcine breeding industry and reduce the risk of breeding.In recent years,the cryopreservation of boar sperm has been paid continuous attention and developed,but in the actual production,because of the gap with the breeding data of sows after artificial insemination with fresh boar semen,there is still a rare use of frozen-thawed boar semen for artificial insemination.The key problems lie in the special non-polar phase composition of the plasma membrane of boar sperm and the more vulnerable to oxidative injury after freeze-thaw.This review summarizes the application status of boar sperm cryopreservation,damage mechanism and the means of improvement.And the strategy of adding antioxidants in the freeze-thaw process;the possibility of using proteomics to find biomarkers and molecular mechanism of boar sperm damage after freeze-thaw are also introduced,to provide a reference for the further improvement of boar sperm cryopreservation.
