摘  要:环形泰勒虫是由璃眼蜱属的蜱传播的胞内寄生虫,可感染牛的单核巨噬系统的细胞和红细胞,引起牛的环形泰勒虫病,给畜牧养殖业造成严重的经济损失。与其他顶复门寄生虫不同,环形泰勒虫裂殖体可感染并转化宿主免疫细胞,使其发生永生化,具有某些癌细胞表型;同时,环形泰勒虫转化宿主细胞的特性是可逆的,这为研究胞内寄生虫与宿主细胞相互作用提供了强有力的模型。因此,对环形泰勒虫分泌蛋白与其宿主细胞的相互作用研究进展进行描述,以期为深入理解泰勒虫转化细胞机制和疫苗研制提供参考。Theileria annulata is an obligate intracellular protozoan parasite transmitted by several genus of Hyalomma ticks.And the parasite can infect the macrophages,lymphocytes and red blood cells of bovine that cause fatal diseases called bovine theileriosis,which leads to substantial economic losses in livestock industry.Unlike other apicomplexan parasites,T.annulata schizont can infect and transform host immune cells,leading to host cell immortalization,which shares some cell phenotypes with cancer cell hallmarks.Meanwhile,Theileria-induced transformation is reversible making infected leukocytes a powerful example of how intracellular parasites interact with their hosts.Here,we describe the current knowledge about the interactions between the proteins secreted by T.annulata and host cells,which will yield a vital insight into in-depth understanding for the cell transformation exhibited by Theileria and vaccine development.
