摘 要:为掌握银川地区肉牛子宫内膜炎病原菌种类及其常用治疗药物的耐药性情况,采集50份患子宫内膜炎肉牛的子宫分泌物,进行分离培养与16S rRNA鉴定,并对分离所得的病原菌进行药物敏感性分析。结果显示,大肠埃希氏菌检出率为36%,链球菌检出率为28%,金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为19%,蜡样芽孢杆菌检出率为10%,产气荚膜梭菌检出率为7%。该16S rRNA序列与NCBI公布的菌株序列同源性大于98%。大肠埃希氏菌对头孢唑啉、米诺环素、头孢他啶高度敏感,链球菌对左氧氟沙星、头孢曲松钠较为敏感,金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素完全敏感,蜡样芽孢杆菌对头孢唑啉、链霉素、米诺环素敏感,产气荚膜梭菌对头孢噻肟敏感。由此可见,分离出的病原菌对24种常用抗菌药物存在不同程度的的耐药情况,仅对少数药物敏感。In order to grasp the types of pathogenic bacteria of beef cattle with endometritis and the drug resistance of commonly used therapeutic drugs in Yinchuan area,50 uterine secretion fluids of beef cattle with endometritis were collected for isolation,culture and 16 s identification,and drug sensitivity analysis was performed.The results showed that the detection rate of Escherichia coli was 36%,the detection rate of Streptococcus was 28%,the detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 19%,the detection rate of Bacillus cereus was 10%,and the detection rate of Clostridium cereus was 7%,and the homology between the 16 s sequences of each strain and NCBI(strain type)was greater than 98%.Escherichia coli was highly sensitive to cefazoline,minocycline and ceftazidime,Streptococcus was more sensitive to levofloxacin and ceftriaxone sodium,Staphylococcus aureus was completely sensitive to vancomycin,Bacillus cereus was sensitive to cefazolin,streptomycin,and minocycline,Clostridium perfringens were sensitive to cefotaxime.It can be seen that the isolated pathogens have different degrees of resistance to 24 commonly used antibacterial drugs,and are only sensitive to a few drugs.
