摘　　要：通过对2022年期间某动物医院12例疑似猫传染性腹膜炎(FIP)病例进行了临床症状观察,血液学、影像学和反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检查,并对全部病例采用核苷类似物GS-441524为主的治疗。治疗3~5 d后,患猫食欲和精神状态逐渐改善,1周后,体重呈现上升趋势,4周后,9只治愈,治愈率为75%,但2只患猫于停药1周后先后复发,后经原来治疗方法继续治疗后康复,2只在治疗过程中死亡,1只放弃治疗。Twelve cases of suspected feline infectious peritonitis(FIP)in an animal hospital in 2022 were diagnosed by clinical symptoms,hematology,imaging and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)examination,and all cases were treated with nucleoside analogue GS-441524.After 3 to 5 days of treatment,the appetite and mental state of the affected cats gradually improved,and after one week,the weight showed an upward trend.After 4 weeks,9 cats were cured,with a cure rate of 75%.However,2 cats recurred one week after the withdrawal of the drug,and then continued to recover after the original treatment,2 cats died during the treatment,and 1 cat gave up treatment.
