基于模糊综合评判法的巴州区地质灾害评价

摘  要:巴中市巴州区位于四川东北部大巴山南麓与四川盆地的过渡地带,具有地质灾害点多、面广、危害大的特点,属于地质灾害高发区,急需开展地质灾害评价。本文在该区1∶5万地灾详查的基础上,基于ArcGIS对巴州区按500 m×500 m划分评价单元,采用人口、建筑、道路、耕地、林地等5项承灾因子作为评价指标,使用层次分析法对评价因子划分权重,进而通过模糊综合评价法对巴州区易损性进行评价。结果表明,巴州区极高和高易损性面积分别达207.5 km^(2)和140 km^(2),占比为15.4%和10.4%,其中平梁镇西部、枣林镇南部等灾害点分布密集区域与极高易损性区域有较高重叠度,属于灾害防范治理重要区域。Bazhou district of Bazhong city is located in the transitional zone between the southern foothills of Daba mountain and Sichuan basin in northeastern Sichuan.It has the characteristics of multiple geological disaster points,wide coverage and great harm,is a high-risk area for geological disasters and urgently needs to carry out geological disaster assessment.On the basis of 1∶50000 detailed geological disaster investigation in the area,this paper divides the assessment unit in Bazhou district into 500 m×500 m based on ArcGIS and evaluates the vulnerability of Bazhou district through fuzzy comprehensive assessment method with five disaster bearing factors(population,buildings,roads,farmland,forest land)as evaluation indicators and their weights divided by analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the extremely high and highly vulnerable areas in Bazhou district reach 207.5 km^(2) and 140 km^(2) respectively,accounting for 15.4%and 10.4%,among them,areas with dense distribution of disaster points such as the western part of Pingliang town and the southern part of Zaolin town have a high degree of overlap with extremely vulnerable areas,and are important areas for disaster prevention and control.
