摘 要:兰州地热井工程钻遇地层有第四系、第三系、松散层、黏土层、泥岩层和页岩层。由于上述水敏性岩层钻进过程遇水易出现膨胀、缩径和剥落等问题,严重威胁井内安全。针对兰州地热井水敏性地层易发生粘吸卡钻问题,尝试多种解卡方法,均未成功解卡。爆破松扣后下套扫打捞、磨铣落鱼失败,最后定向侧钻,不再处理该井事故。通过分析整个事故处理过程,对类似地层提供一定的借鉴和指导价值。The geological formations encountered in Lanzhou geothermal well project are Quaternary system,Tertiary system,loose layer,clay,mudstone and shale layers.Due to these water sensitive rock formations being prone to problems such as expansion,shrinkage,and peeling when encountering water during drilling,it poses a serious threat to the well safety.In response to the problem of sticking and jamming in water sensitive formations of geothermal wells in Lanzhou,various methods were attempted to solve the problems,but none of them were successful.After loosening the buckle through blasting,fishing,grinding and milling all failed.Finally,directional sidetracking was carried out and the well accident will no longer be dealt with.By analyzing the entire accident handling process,it can provides certain reference and guidance value for similar formations.
