摘  要:【目的】叶片颜色是矾根最重要的观赏性状之一,研究叶片色素含量和叶色参数之间的关系,为探究叶片颜色与色素含量的变化规律提高其观赏价值,同时为彩叶植物的新品种选育提供理论依据。【方法】用分光光度计和色差仪分别测定5个矾根品种叶片的色素含量和叶色参数。【结果】5个矾根品种中,花色素苷含量由高到低依次为‘永恒紫’‘薄若莱’‘饴糖’‘花毯’和‘金秋’,叶绿素含量由高到低依次为永恒紫、饴糖、花毯、薄若莱和金秋,类胡萝卜素含量由高到低依次为饴糖、永恒紫、薄若莱、花毯和金秋。【结论】矾根叶片的色素含量与叶色参数的颜色饱和度c值具有显著负相关性,其中花色素苷含量与c值极显著相关,叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量均和c值显著相关。[Objective]Leaf color is one of the most important ornamental traits of H.micrantha.Studies on correlation analysis between leaf pigment content and leaf color parameters could provide theoretical basis for exploring change rules of leaf color and pigment content to improve ornamental values and breeding of new varieties of color-leaf plants.[Method]In this experiment,leaf pigment content and leaf color parameters of five varieties of Heuchera micrantha(‘Citronella',‘Tapestry',‘Caramel',‘Eternal purple',‘Beaujolais')were measured by spectrometer and colorimeter.[Result]The results showed that five varieties with the anthocyanin content from high to low was‘Eternal purple',‘Beaujolais',‘Caramel',‘Tapestry'and‘Citronella'.Five varieties with chlorophyll content from high to low was‘Eternal Purple',‘Caramel',‘Tapestry',‘Beaujolais'and‘Citronella'.Five varieties with content of carotenoids from high to low was‘Caramel',‘Eternal purple',‘Beaujolais',‘Tapestry'and‘Citronella'.[Conclusion] It wasfound hat thepigment content of leaves was significantly negatively correlated with saturation c value of leaf color parameters in which anthocyanin content was very significantly negatively correlated with c value while the content of chlorophyll and carotenoids are significantly correlated with c value.
