摘 要:【目的】为了研究水肥药一体化对福建泉州地区土壤养分及切花非洲菊产量与品质的影响,为下一步开展非洲菊的水肥药一体化标准化生产奠定基础。【方法】采用裂区试验设计,主区为T1(常规施肥)、T2(液体肥)、T3(50%液体肥),副区为A1(不施药)、A2(生物药剂,2%阿维菌素)、A3(化学药剂,0.05%吡虫啉)。【结果】滴灌水肥药一体化条件下,施肥与施药交互作用显著影响土壤的有机质、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量,同时显著提升了非洲菊的花序高度、合格花产量和切花品质等。【结论】药肥组合T2A2(液体肥+2%阿维菌素)为最优处理,可以提高非洲菊的生长量、花序品质和合格花产量,同时还可以提高耕层土壤养分和改善土壤环境。[Objective] The aim of this paper is to study the effect of integration of water,fertilizer and pesticide on the soil nutrients and the yield and quality of cut flower Gergera jamesioni in Quanzhou,Fujian Province in order to lay a foundation for standardized production of integration of water,fertilizer and pesticide of Gergera jamesioni.[Method]A split-spot design of experiments was adopted.The main plots were T1(conventional fertilization),T2(liquid fertilizer),T3(50%liquid fertilizer),and thesubplotswereA1(no application),A2(biological agent,2%Avermectin),A3(chemical agent,0.05%Imidacloprid).[Result]Theresultsshowed that under the condition of water,fertilizer and pesticide integration by drip irrigation,the interaction of pesticide and fertilization application significantly affected the content of organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in soil,and also significantly improving the inflorescence height,qualified flower yield and cut flower quality of Gergera jamesioni.[Conclusion]In summary,the combination of pesticide and fertilizer(liquid fertilizer and 2%Avermectin)wastheoptimal treatment,which can improvethegrowth increment,inflorescence quality and qualified flower yield of Gergera jamesioni.It can also improve the nutrient content of the topsoil and improve the soil environment.
