摘 要:【目的】为摸索一套适合淮山优良品种‘泉淮1547’高产栽培的种植管理方式,为其推广应用提供数据支撑。【方法】以泉淮1547为供试材料,从植株的地上部生长状态入手,动态掌握各时期植株的生长情况,采用正交试验,结合种薯(A)、种植株距(B)、施肥情况(C)和喷药次数(D)等4个栽培因素,研究影响泉淮1547淮山生长发育及产量形成的主要因素。【结果】泉淮1547采用以一级种为种薯、种植株距8 cm、追肥比3:1、喷药1次的种植管理模式,产量较高,达2435.0 kg/667 m^(2),与其他组合差异显著。【结论】该种植管理模式是适宜种植推广的栽培方式。[Objective J In order to explore a set of planting management mode suitable to high yield cultivation of excellent Dioscorea opposite‘Quanhuai 1547’and provide data support for its promotion and application.[Method]]In this paper,a Dioscorea opposita cultivar,‘Quanhuai 1547’was used as material to dynamically grasp plant growth status at different periods based on above ground status.Four cultivation factors,tuber(A),planting spacing(B),fertilization(C)and spraying times(D)were set to study main factors affecting growth,development and yield formation of Dioscorea opposita‘Quanhuai 1547’by orthogonal test.[Result]Theresultsshowed thatwhentuber was used,the plant spacing was 8 cm,the top dressing application rate was 3:1,and the number of spraying pesticide was sprayed one time,the yield was higher,reaching 2435.0 kg/667m^(2),which was significantly different from other combinations.[Conclusion ] It was a suitable cultivation mode for promotion.
