摘 要:【目的】探讨不同基质、插穗和生根剂处理对刺桐属植物插穗扦插繁殖的影响,为刺桐属植物优良品种的规模化生产提供理论依据。【方法】以劲直刺桐、刺桐和象牙花等3种刺桐属植物1~2 a生木质化枝条为材料,研究插穗部位、生根促进剂、育苗基质对扦插成活率的影响。【结果】比较3种刺桐属植物的扦插成活率,插穗部位均以基部插穗的最高,都大于92.5%,显著高于中部和梢部插穗;生根促进剂以2‰强力生根壮苗剂处理为最高;育苗基质以50%轻基质+50%火烧土的最高。【结论】刺桐属植物的扦插成活率受到插穗部位、生根促进剂、育苗基质等因素的影响。[Objective]The aim of this paper is to explore the effects of different substrates,cutting types,and rooting agents on the cuttings propagation of Erythrina plants,and provide theoretical basis for the large-scale production of excellent varieties of Erythrina plants.[Method] Using1-2year old lignified branchesof three species of Erythrina plants,including Erythrina strica,Erythrina variegate and Erythrina sykesi,as materials,the effects of cutting location,rooting promoter,and seedling substrate on the survival rate of cuttings were studied.[Result]The survival rate of cuttings in the base of branches of three species of Erythrina plants were the highest,reaching over 92.5%,and significantly were higher than that in the middle and top of branches;The survival rate using 2%o strong rooting and seedling promoter was the highest;The best seedling substrate was 50%light substrate+50%burnt soil.[Conclusion]The survival rate of cuttings of Erythrina plants was influenced by the cutting location,rooting promoter,and seedling substrate.
