摘　　要：【目的】为探究油画婚礼紫露草组培快繁技术。【方法】以嫩茎为外植体,对其进行不定芽诱导、继代增殖、生根及生根苗移栽的研究。主要采用正交试验法探究基础培养基、6-BA、NAA对增殖的影响,并探究基础培养基、IBA对生根的影响。【结果】油画婚礼紫露草组培快繁适宜的诱导培养基为1/2 MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+50 mg/L Vc+0.2 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+6.0 g/L卡拉胶,pH值6.0;适宜的增殖培养基为1/2MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+50 mg/L Vc+0.1 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+6.0 g/L卡拉胶,pH值6.0;适宜的生根培养基为WPM+0.5 mg/L IBA+20 g/L蔗糖+6.5 g/L卡拉胶,pH值6.0。组培苗种植成活率达到96.00%。【结论】油画婚礼紫露草组培快繁技术能够应用于产业化生产。[Objective]The paper aimed at exploring tissue culture and rapid propagation techniques of Tradescantia cerinthoides‘Nanouk'.[Method]This study took the tender stem of Tradescantia cerinthoides‘Nanouk'as explants,and studied its adventitious bud induction,subculture proliferation,rooting and rooting seedling transplanting.The effects of basic medium,6-BA and NAA on proliferation were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The effects of basic medium and IBA on plant rooting were also investigated.[Result]The results indicated that the suitable induction medium was consisted of 1/2 MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+50 mg/L Vc+0.2 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sucrose+6.0 g/L carrageenan,and pH 6.0;The suitable proliferation medium was consisted of 1/2 MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+50 mg/L Vc+0.1 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sucrose+6.0 g/L carrageenan,and pH 6.0;The suitable rooting medium was consisted of WPM+0.5 mg/L IBA+20 g/L sucrose+6.0 g/L carrageenan,and pH 6.0.The survival rate of tissue-cultured seedlings reached 96.00%.[Conclusion]The tissue culture and rapid propagation techniques of Tradescantia cerinthoides‘Nanouk'can be applied to industrial production.
