摘　　要：为解决天然气气质监管瓶颈,提高天然气在线分析仪的运维管理水平,设计并开发了在线分析仪远程管理系统。该系统包括设备基础信息管理和故障管理、气质数据及设备状态数据监测预警等功能,通过对在线设备的状态及过程参数的采集和管理,可实现川渝管网不同地点在线分析仪的集中监控、故障诊断、数据应用分析等,保证天然气气质监管的有效性和连续性。在实现对多类型仪器实时化、统一化监控管理的同时,大幅度提升数据应用率,为生产数据分析提供便利。促进天然气气质监管由传统管理向数字化、智能化管理推进。In order to solve the bottleneck of natural gas quality supervision and improve the operation and maintenance management level of natural gas online analyzer,the remote management system of online analyzer was designed and developed.The system includes equipment basic information management and fault management,gas quality data and equipment status data monitoring and early warning functions.Through the collection and management of online equipment status and process parameters,the centralized monitoring,fault diagnosis,data application analysis,and so on of online analyzers can be realized in different locations of Sichuan-Chongqing pipeline network,which ensures the effectiveness and continuity of natural gas quality supervision.While realizing real-time and unified monitoring and management of multiple types of instruments,the data application rate is greatly improved to facilitate production data analysis,and the natural gas quality supervision is promoted from traditional management means to digital and intelligent management.
