摘  要:为了能够精准地预测防范光纤线包缠绕过程中产生的缺陷,更直观地查看缠绕过程中系统运行时所产生的参数数据的具体变化趋势,提出光纤线包缠绕过程数据监测系统,具体包括实时在线监控子系统和离线缺陷特征分析子系统。系统通过TCP协议传输缠绕过程中所产生的参数数据,将采集到的数据存储至关系型数据库,用于离线分析,再将分析所得结果用于下一次实时在线监控,对即将发生的缠绕缺陷进行预警,提高产品质量。实验结果显示:系统能够对异常数据进行监测,并且灵敏度达到了0.84,充分说明系统具备优质的应用性能。In order to accurately predict and prevent defects arising from the winding process of optical fiber wire packs,and to more intuitively view the specific change trend of the parameter data generated by the system operation during the winding process,a data monitoring system for the winding process of optical fiber wire packs is proposed,including a real-time online monitoring subsystem and an offline defect feature analysis subsystem.The system transmits the parameter data generated during the winding process through the TCP protocol,stores the collected data to the relational database for offline analysis,and then uses the results obtained from the analysis for the next real-time online monitoring to warn of the upcoming winding defects and improve product quality.Experimental results show that the system can monitor the abnormal data,and the sensitivity reaches 0.84,which fully demonstrates that the system has high-quality application performance.
