摘 要:线激光条纹中心线提取的精度和速度是线激光三维测量技术的关键,针对现有的激光条纹中心提取方法在速度快和精度高之间的矛盾,提出一种改进细化法的线激光条纹中心线提取方法。首先对图像进行滤波操作,阈值分割,再基于改进的细化算法,对提取中心进行冗余去除和补线处理,实现了线激光条纹中心快速和高精度的提取。通过实验结果表明,相比灰度重心法,所提方法在精度上提高近1倍,相较于Steger算法,在运行速度上提高近15倍。因此,所提算法具有复杂度低,且具有提取速度和精度高的优点。The accuracy and speed of line laser stripe centerline extraction are the keys to line laser 3D measure-ment technology.Aiming at the contradiction between fast speed and high accuracy of the existing laser stripe center extraction methods,an improved thinning method for line laser stripe center line extraction is proposed in this paper.First,the image is filtered and thresholded,and then based on the improved thinning algorithm,the extraction center is subjected to redundant removal and line complement processing,which realizes the fast and high-precision extrac-tion of the line laser stripe center.The experimental results show that,compared with the gray gravity algorithm,the method proposed in this paper has nearly doubled the accuracy,and compared with the Steger algorithm,the running speed has increased nearly 15 times.Therefore,the algorithm proposed in this paper has the advantages of low com-plexity,high extraction speed,and high precision.
