摘 要:为构建光纤三维模型,提升光纤微缺陷无损检测效果,提出三维光学测量的光纤微缺陷无损检测方法。用外差式多频相移技术和双目立体视觉技术,建立光纤三维模型;灰度变换光纤三维模型图像信息,获取光纤灰度图像;用Gabor滤波器,提取光纤微缺陷特征;分块处理光纤微缺陷特征图像,获取光纤微缺陷块;联通光纤微缺陷块,得到光纤微缺陷区域;计算光纤微缺陷区域微缺陷权重,完成光纤微缺陷无损检测。实验证明:该方法可有效无损检测光纤微缺陷,微小疵点的光纤微缺陷无损检测误差最低,仅有3%。该方法的光纤微缺陷无损检测精度较高。In order to construct a 3D model of optical fiber and improve the effect of nondestructive detection of optical fiber micro-defects,a non-destructive detection method of optical fiber micro-defects by 3D optical measurement is proposed.Use heterodyne multi-frequency phase shift technology and binocular stereo vision technology to build a 3D fiber model;grayscale transform the image information of the fiber 3D model to obtain fiber grayscale images;use Gabor filter to extract fiber micro-defect features;block processing The optical fiber micro-defect feature image is obtained to obtain the optical fiber micro-defect block;the optical fiber micro-defect block is connected to obtain the optical fiber micro-defect area;the micro-defect weight of the optical fiber micro-defect area is calculated to complete the non-destructive detection of the optical fiber micro-defect.Experiments show that this method can effectively detect micro-defects in optical fibers,and the non-destructive detection error of micro-defects in optical fibers with small defects is the lowest,only 3%.The non-destructive detection of optical fiber micro-defects with this method has high precision.
