摘  要:光纤智能结构在应变监测环境中,受到多种因素干扰,导致应变监测误差大。为了获得理想的光纤智能结构应变监测结果,提出面向激光光源的光纤智能结构应变监测研究。采用激振信号产生的应力波回馈力和反射波延时,根据两者设计光纤智能结构应变监测目标函数。通过目标函数解实现应力脉冲信号约束,使得监测点的接收和反馈信号的同步性,提取应变监测冲击和应力波特征。考虑外界影响对监测结果干扰,采用周期性方式获取监测信号序列,查找序列畸变点,实现光纤智能结构应变精准监测。测试结果表明,本方法的光纤智能结构应变监测精准度高,应力波回馈延时短,具有较好的光纤智能结构应变监测实时性。Due to the limitation of the dimension and accuracy of the initial image data of license plate,the tradi-tional edge detection method of license plate has the problem of low application performance.In order to solve this problem,a fuzzy edge detection method of the license plate based on laser image enhancement is proposed.Firstly,the initial image of the license plate is obtained by laser scanning instrument;then,through laser image enhancement,the zoom and rotation model is established and the laser image data is enhanced to realize image processing,so as to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of recognition.Finally,on this basis,according to the laser transition absorption,extract the license plate area,extract the edge features of the license plate from the two aspects of color and contour,detect the fuzzy edge points of the license plate,and realize the connection and refinement of the edge points through the laser polarization direction,so as to realize the detection of the fuzzy edge of the license plate.The experimental results show that the average running time of this method is 10.6 s,the correct recognition rate of license plate can reach 97.6%,and the peak signal-to-noise ratio value reaches more than 40 dB,indicating that the application per-formance of the fuzzy edge detection method of license plate is good,and it has certain reference value for the research in the field of license plate recognition.
