乡村改造预评价模型在实践中的运用研究——以江西省乐安县培侨小学为例

摘　　要：乡村建筑改造是一项涉及多群体的系统工程,如何均衡各方利益,达到满意的效果,具有重要意义。文章基于培侨小学改造方案,运用AHP法构建乡村建筑改造预评价模型,得出各要素权重后,利用模糊综合评价法对现阶段改造方案进行综合评价,其结果“一般”。根据问题反馈,从增设运动器械、增加停车位数量、简化建筑装饰等方面对方案进行优化,以期对同类设计实践提供参考。The reconstruction of rural buildings is a systematic project involving multiple groups.How to balance the interests of all parties and achieve satisfactory results is of great significance.Based on the transformation plan of Peiqiao Primary School,this paper uses AHP method to build the pre-evaluation model of rural building transformation.After obtaining the weights of each element,the paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the transformation plan at the current stage,and the result is"general".According to the problem feedback,the scheme is optimized from the aspects of adding sports equipment,increasing the number of parking spaces,simplifying architectural decoration,etc.,in order to provide reference for similar design practices.
