基于文献计量学的住房不平等研究

摘　　要：住房不平等是全球性热点问题。运用VOSviewer与CiteSpace软件对WoS数据库中2000—2022年的相关文献进行量化分析和可视化分析,通过绘制高频关键词关系网络和关键词时区图谱,梳理住房不平等研究的文献。主要结论如下:一是该议题研究已形成了较稳定的作者合作群体;二是美国和中国是该议题研究最活跃的国家;三是研究住房和社会问题的期刊占比极高,表明该议题有较强专业性;四是不同时代背景下住房不平等研究的关注点不同,而贫富差距和种族歧视引致住房不平等始终是研究焦点。Housing inequality is a global hot issue.It uses VOSviewer and CiteSpace software to conduct quantitative analysis and visual analysis of relevant literature from 2000 to 2022 in WoS database,and analyzes the research topic of housing inequality by drawing high-frequency keyword relationship network and keyword time zone map;the research found that:first,the research on this topic has formed a relatively stable cooperative group of authors.Second,the United States and China are the most active countries on this issue.Third,the proportion of journals studying housing and social issues is very high,indicating that the topic is highly professional.Fourth,the housing inequality caused by the gap between the rich and the poor and racial discrimination has always been the focus of this study.
